Fresh + Easy GuacamolePrint Recipe
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 plum tomato, seeded + diced
- Zest + juice of a lime
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients together and mix well, leaving some pieces of avocado still intact.
Serve immediately, or if you want to prep ahead, combine all ingredients except avocado and salt. Add those two ingredients just before serving.
