Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded + diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • Zest + juice of a lime
  • Small handful of cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together + chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
