Citrus Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 16/20 shrimp
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Juice + zest of orange

Instructions

Thaw shrimp in refrigerator if frozen.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover large sheet pan with piece of aluminum foil.

Combine all ingredients except orange juice + zest in bowl. Spread out on sheet pan.

Cook shrimp for about 6-8 minutes, until the shrimp turns from a blueish-gray translucent to pinkish-white opaque color.

Remove from oven, top with zest + juice of orange. Serve immediately.
