Spicy Mango Salsa

Serves: 4-6 Cooking Time: 10 minutes prep time, 4 hours cooking time


  • 1 large, ripe mango, minced
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 zest + juice of a lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded + minced
  • Small handful cilantro, minced
  • Pinch Kosher salt



Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.


Top your favorite tacos or grilled meat for a fresh, taste of the islands. Yum!!!


*It's so important to mince these ingredients with a knife instead of using blender or food processor. The blender/food processor greatly affects the texture of the mango.*
