Chili-Lime Vinaigrette

- Zest + juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp. mild chili powder
- 1 tbsp. finely minced cilantro
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in mason jar and shake vigorously until well combined. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
